Volunteering & Volunteer Students

Tomorrow is going to be a crazy day!  I have a tournament in the early morning and it's double elimination.  I am volunteering at a community event while double dutying-it at the Vegetarian Potluck.  I will be preparing a vegan meat alternative mostly but I was thinking about making one of my faves...Hummus Quinoa Casserole but after hearing the line-up for the tournament I will have to leave early to prepare for the dinner.  So I am kind of thinking about preparing something tonight instead.  But I really want to do the casserole.  I am thinking about trying do it tonight and reheat it when I am doing the "vegan meat alternative".  Has anyone ever reheated that casserole before serving for the first time?  Maybe I will run over and ask Dreena.

So yeah.  It's going to be a busy day...all day.  In addition I will be passing out community info for a non-profit.  Should be interesting.
