| D-Pal is an online charity co-established by EDF-Thai and EDF-Lao in 2003. D stands for darunee or darun, which means “children” in Thai, and a “Pal” is a friend. So we, D-Pal, would like to invite all friends from around the world to unite together to offer educational opportunities to poor children in the northeast of Thailand and Lao PDR, as well as helping to raise public awareness that education is crucial to effectively reducing poverty worldwide.With the recent successful establishment of EDF-Cambodia, we are pleased to inform you that D-Pal has now extended its support to Cambodia ’s children and their schools. |
