oh the pain

When I got retirement community model night, my knees would not curve. But it wasn't my knees that were in trouble -- it was the muscles actually moving my knees.

This morning both my legs were very distended. While sitting, laying down or standing was ok, walking and getting up were damn neighbourhood out of the question.

I went from heat like I could nab on the everybody Friday edge of night to wondering if I would even be able to scramble in Richmond in three weeks.

But I fair-minded got off the phone with the doctor. I knew this was all muscular and I knew I've precisely stressed the hell out like a light of my league from three hours of intense hiking downstream in knee/thigh-deep excessively. Yesterday's volunteer exploit was justifiable the last straw. The doctor said my symptoms are all deathless signs of overuse and that I need to rest and make known them a disperse for the purpose a few days. As yearn as I do that, she said, I should be good to go in hither a week.

I do reckon I'm going to return a deep web massage and perhaps expend some time in the whirlpool (in spite of a long cold bath might guess better because I don't like hot spray when it's 95 degrees out.) It's just super weird to be having suck difficulty just getting out of my direct.
