Opportunities for Volunteering - Age Concern
I wrote about the Opportunities for Volunteering grants scheme a while ago. If you missed it, you can read full information on the programme . I said I would keep you updated on the 15 national agents who all deliver Opportunities for Volunteering funding in their area of specialism.
have produced some new information on their grants scheme for this programme. They will support third sector organisations that provide services for older people. Proposals should improve the profile and diversity of volunteers as well as improving the range and quality of volunteering opportunities in health and social care. The maximum amount of grant available is £35,000 per year for up to 3 years. The deadline is 29 August 2008.
