Volunteering & Volunteer Students

Well its the final count down to Pride here. All of our ducks seem to be in a row.

Of course I have a dozen other ducks to line up....and most of them threaten to topple me...but I am not about to let them do so.

Got a call last night, from a vendor we tried to get back to us for a couple of years. She was not sure we were worth her while...we are a small show in comparison to the big cities. She called us. Means we are building back our reputation. That is kind of exciting. Now if we can just find a way to keep that going when we step down.

But those are next week's thoughts. This week is about pulling it off. and we will. Right now after another night at the ER (health issues continue to plague N) I feel distanced from it all. I have to trust that the work leading up to it all will hold up, and everyone else will do their jobs too.
