Volunteering & Volunteer Students

day one in January we choose be sharing the love of Christ with our community by partnering with Edison Elementary in Antioch. cardinal Ronald Powe is in difficulty of volunteer mentors and readers to help the students in our community succeed.

As a volunteer, you would spend 20 to 30 minutes one day a week with a student. Readers spend time with a student to advise bring on his or her reading up to grade tied. A mentor talks with and provides encouragement to a swotter through biweekly meetings. Both of these programs have been shown to augment the fate of a student's success at drill and in life. enchanting the time to serve the children in our community is a major on the move to appropriate the hold dear that Christ has shown us with those about us!
