Sneinton Time Bank Member Lenny helps at TRACS
A member who has been so active he deserves his own post! One of our Time Bank members, Leonnard, has really got involved in helping us tidy up TRACS Neighbourhood Centre as well as helping out with Sneinton events and other members via the Time Bank earning himself lots of Time Credits and meeting new people as a result.
Leonnard has helped us re-pot some plants, saw desks down to a more convenient size, clear up the back yard, put up planters on the outside wall, replace the broken panes of glass and lots more! Most recently he has set to work on Painting the outside of TRACS Neighbourhood Centre so keep your eyes peeled for a fresh look at the Centre soon!
Leonnard has also helped Sneinton Festival build stocks and ‘football’ game boards for the Sneinton Festival Fundraiser as well as helping out on the Fundraising Day himself and helping at Cafe Sneinton on Saturdays. He’s also helped another Time Bank member with digging his allotment.
Leonnard says that there isn’t a lot of help he needs in return at present but he is on the lookout for a low priced/free washing machine. If anyone happens to know of one of these localy then please get in touch!
