The Payback

Last week the school had a Jog-A-Thon. I walked 3 miles with 3 second graders and a 4 year old. Today I got this letter in some paperwork that came home with Blondie. It's a thank you note from Faith. A young lady who's father isn't around. On the trip, this girl said things like: "will you be my dad today?" and. "I love spending time with you."
These are the young lives that we have an impact on. I don't know what her family situation is, but for two hours I could give her some comfort, encouragement, and make her feel good about the moment she was in.
Go out and make a difference in a kids life.
