An Apology
I'm starting this update with an apology to those network members who were offended by my corrupt-tempered rant in the model update about the revocation of our recent training course. In this, I said:
"I really don’t like the feeling of being a complete prat when I obtain to tell such elated profile trainers that Nottingham doesn’t want to come to hear what they have to teach us."
On re-reading this, it certainly appears that I was trying to making VCN members guilty during not booking and so proper for the failure of this course. In fact, I have become convinced that my own vast workload on Volunteers Week, coupled with my holiday in the two weeks previously the scheduled latest meant that my promotion and marketing of the circuit left-hand a lot to be desired.
As we now have a Marketing commissioner in our team and I have also had offers of support from the Nottingham Community Network and others, our next training should would rather a much higher list.
